1. About Ritz Media

Ritz Media is a collaborative brand name used to help customers find and connect with suitable self-employed event professionals. It is not a registered company or legal trading entity. This website is operated by individuals who work independently or as sole traders and use the Ritz Media platform to promote their own services under a shared identity.

While the Ritz Media brand may be used across communications and marketing, all bookings and services are provided directly by individual service providers. There is no central Ritz Media business entity offering or delivering services.

2. Our Role

The purpose of this website is to make it easy for clients to connect with experienced, trusted individuals for events such as weddings, parties, and corporate functions. We aim to match you with the right person for your needs — whether that’s a photographer, videographer, DJ, magician, or photo booth operator.

Once contact has been made, all service agreements, discussions, and bookings happen directly between you and the individual provider.

3. Services Covered

Services facilitated through Ritz Media may include, but are not limited to:

  • Photography
  • Videography
  • DJ & Mobile Disco
  • Photo Booths
  • Magicians & Children’s Entertainment

Each service is delivered by an individual who takes full responsibility for their own work, communication, equipment, and delivery. Ritz Media does not supervise or manage these services and cannot be held liable for delays, quality, cancellations, or disputes.

4. Bookings & Payments

All payments are made directly to the individual provider. In some cases, you may be directed to an external platform such as Poptop to complete your booking.

Ritz Media does not process or handle any payments, nor do we enter into contracts on behalf of providers. Your agreement is solely with the person delivering the service.

5. Cancellations, Refunds & Issues

Any cancellation or refund policy will be defined by the individual service provider. Please ensure you understand their terms before confirming your booking.

In the event of a problem or dispute, please contact the provider directly. Ritz Media cannot mediate or take responsibility for disputes between clients and providers.

6. Intellectual Property

Any creative work provided to you (such as photos, videos, music mixes, or recordings) remains the intellectual property of the individual who created it. However, full permission is granted to you as the client to use, share, and reproduce this content for personal or promotional purposes without restriction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ritz Media provides a connection service only and does not accept any liability for:

  • Service quality or suitability
  • Delays or cancellations
  • Venue or licensing issues
  • Losses, damages, or injuries arising from services booked

All responsibility rests with the individual provider you choose to book.

8. Privacy

We may collect limited contact information when you make an enquiry, which is only used to match you with a provider. This information is not shared outside of that purpose and is not stored longer than necessary.

Once you're connected, the provider may have their own privacy practices, which you should review directly with them.

9. Governing Law

Ritz Media is operated in Scotland, United Kingdom. Any legal matters arising from use of this website will be governed by Scottish law.
